(formerly known as Chaoyang Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd.), founded in 1968 and restructured in 2002, is a private company producing wheel loaders and backhoe loaders. Chaoyang Chaogong Machinery Co ., Ltd . has three subsidiaries, namely Xingyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., Chaogong Accessories Co., Ltd., and Chaogong Engineering Machinery Mall, and five branch plants involving in mechanical parts, machining, final assembly, cover parts and paints. With total assets of RMB 180 million, immobilisations of RMB 110 million and annual revenue of RMB 180 million, it owns 450 employees, including 90 professionals & technicians and 50 personnel with senior and intermediate titles. The company covers a land area of 190,000 m2and a building area of 60,000 m2 .
